Zoh Therapy was created to enable children and their parents to have access to holistic therapies within the comfort of their own home. Dedicated in bringing harmony and balance to all aspects of self – body, mind, spirit and emotions no matter what your age we pride ourselves on working with the whole family whether that be Mum, Dad, new Baby or Grandparents.
Offering a mobile therapy service in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds the therapies on offer include Aromatherapy, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage and Children's Yoga. Laura Sturdy is the founder of Zoh Therapy and she holds a current enhanced CRB and is a member of the Aromatherapy & Allied Professionals Association.
Laura has experience with a wide range of conditions and will treat children from birth to 18 years. Whilst holistic therapy is not intended to replace conventional medicine, Laura will focus on helping with some of the issues children suffer from in their day-to-day lives including bullying, exam stress and loss of a pet.
The improvements obtained through therapy, healing and massage can include better sleep and relaxation, stress reduction; improved respiration and circulation, reduced constipation, improvement in self esteem, and self confidence and improved sense of well being. In some cases there are improvements in concentration and social behaviour and increased appetite.
As a holistic therapist Laura offers a complementary approach which is intended to work alongside what is offered by traditional western medicine, in order for you the client to achieve optimum health. She believe's that a truly holistic solution is to embrace traditional and complementary medicines.
